Reordering Folders & Articles
Last updated by sai 3 years ago You can change the order in which your folders & articles are displayed within a knowledge base from your Kbee dashboard.
Reordering Folders
To reorder your folders, hover over the folder you want to move and drag it to change it’s order.
Reorder Articles
To reorder your articles, hover your mouse to the left of the Article Name you and want to move and drag it to change it’s order
If you want to move an article to another folder, you will need to move it within the Google Drive Folder itself
